Joint Venture Announced

Ecosystem Management, Inc. has formed a joint venture with Espinoza Consulting Services (ECS). EMI and ECS have been working together since 2015 on proposals and active projects. Projects that EMI and ECS have worked on jointly have included NEPA projects for the Bureau of Land Management and cultural resources surveys for the USDA Forest Service in Montana and Colorado.

In working together, the Principals of EMI and ECS have realized that the two companies have a natural synergy that embodies the spirit of a joint venture team. ECS brings to the partnership a strong background in cultural resources, quality management and a focus on rural and tribal economic development. Coupled with EMI’s years of experience in environmental consulting, the ECMI joint venture partnership can tackle contracts of any size.

In addition to the natural synergy of the two companies, ECMI has a number of contracting advantages under the joint venture including:

  • HUBZone
  • 8(a) Business Development (scheduled for graduation in 2022)
  • Native American Owned
  • Veteran Owned
  • Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business
